With a great set of outcomes and our Hornsby posties expressing a strong desire to conitnue working under the new delivery model they have been trialling, the trial will now be extended to a number of additional sites across the country, to ensure it works in other environments, following consultation and agreement with state based CWU representatives. A joint update
The feedback from posties participating in the Hornsby delivery trial has been positive overall, so far. Lengthy discussion ensued around bringing

Senators questioned representatives of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Australia Post’s Directors and Chairman and former Chairman John Stanhope. But it was explosive revelations from Christine Holgate’s appearance at the first public
Members would be pleased to learn that agreement has been reached with Australia Post in relation to clearly defined eligibility criteria for the payment of Divide and Functional Allowancesto members at ADM sites. Eligibility for these allowances has been a matter of contention for members. Work currently being undertaken under ‘temporary regulatory relief’ does not clearly align with work level
We are pleased to advise members that management have agreed to roll back ADM shift commencement times over the peak period. The CEPU has, for some time, been arguing for earlier start times, particularly over the hottest and most busiest time of the year. This argument has only become stronger as volumes have increased leading into peak – and where
