Enterprise Bargaining Agreements

Enterprise Bargaining Agreements are industrial instruments which are negotiated between workers, collectively, and their employers. They provide terms and conditions of employment, and wage outcomes, over and above that provisioned for in the relevant Award and National Employment Standards.

Unions negotiate these Agreements on behalf of their members.
