The Telstra AGM is a little over a week away and we want the Board to hear you loud and clear.
The AGM is one of the few public opportunities where the Board and CEO MUST answer questions. We can think of a few good ones – and are sure you can too.
As shareholders, members have a voice in the management of the company and a right to be heard, so this year we are asking members to consider attending the AGM with us on 16 October in Sydney.
Members unable to attend should proxy their votes to another representative to speak and vote on their behalf. This year your Union is nominating NSW Branch Official Peter O’Connell as your proxy.
HOW TO LODGE YOUR PROXY
By now, shareholding members would have received a shareholder voting form in the mail. If you have not yet received yours, contact the Telstra investor line urgently on 1300 88 66 77.
Complete your form exactly as described below. Click on the sample to enlarge it.
STEP 1
In Section B, clearly print the name Peter O’Connell.
STEP 2
At the bottom of the form, under Section D, sign the form in the signature panel. Note; if your shares are held jointly, or in the name of a company or trust, you must complete the other two boxes, accordingly.
STEP 3
Fax your form to (02) 9893 7822 or scan / clearly photograph it and email it to feedback@cepu.org no later than Friday 12 October.
If you require assistance or any further information, please contact Branch Officials Peter O’Connell or James Perkins on (02) 9893 7822.
