By submitting this application, the applicant and account holder(s) named above in Billing Information declare they have read, understand and agree to the following:

I/We authorise the CWU Central Branch, APCA User ID 100066537, to arrange for funds to be debited from the above nominated account at the financial institution nominated above and as prescribed through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS).

This authorisation is to remain in force in accordance with the terms described in the Direct Debit Service Agreement, available by clicking here.

The amount to be debited at the deduction frequency selectedabove, may change from time to time, as determined by the Union, in accordance with the CWU Rules. Current CWU member contribution rates are available by clicking here.

I hereby make application to be a member of the CWU Central Branch. If accepted, I agree to conform to the Union rules and any amendments thereof. The Rules of the Union can be viewed, by clicking here.

Financial Obligation: Members are required to pay membership fees and levies (if any). CWU may sue to recover unpaid monies Resignation: You may resign from the CWU by written notice to the Branch Secretary. If you are no longer eligible to be a CWU members, your resignation will take affect on the day the resignation is received, or on any later date specified in the resignation. Else, your resignation will take affect 14 days after the resignation is received or any later date specified in the resignation. You remain liable for any dues until resignation takes affect.
