Following issues raised by members, your Union has demanded for Australia Post to undertake an audit of leave payments to ensure correct loadings have been paid in accordance with EBA9.
This audit has now been completed and it has been discovered that around 30 members on night shifts did not receive their 30% shift loadings while on leave.
Australia Post is now rectifying the error and members should receive the back-paid funds with their pay this week.
