Members would be familiar with a situation last year which saw subbies all over the country walk off the job due to unfair rates. CEPU in AIRC over Broadcast Australia “on-call” dispute
The CEPU will be representing our Broadcast Australia members in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) on July 1 regarding the “On-Call” provisions of their EBA. Currently there are two types of fault response arrangements i.e. Telephone/remote support or Return to workplace/site.
